What is the return policy?
Once your order has arrived, if you are not happy with the condition, quality or something has gone wrong, please let us know and we will do everything within our power to make it right. We do not accept returns for personalised goods, this includes clothing, commission work or special requests.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, ie personalised goods. However, we are happy to refund/replace if proof of error can be provided by customer.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible with most turn around times being 3-5 days. Sending most items by tracked 24/48, you will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it has been dispatched.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally, being customised in our home studio in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Hand made products including jewellery and crafts are made by hand in studio.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Using Royal Mail, UK prices at current (Feb 2026) are as follows;
Tracked 48 - From £3.55
Tracked 24 - From £4.45
Special Delivery - From £9.25
